Christy Jones
Christy Jones is Managing Partner of Jones and Jones Health Insurance Solutions. After graduating from The University of Georgia in 1989, where she received a BS degree in Education, she spent 17 years teaching elementary school in Georgia and Colorado. Following a move to Idaho, she spent the next several years as a Caregiver. It was in care-giving that she realized the need for educating people about Medicare, and helping them navigate their benefits in the various plan options.
Her passion for teaching and touching lives has been the driving force in her Medicare business. As a Medicare expert she’s had the opportunity to educate 100’s of clients on the complexities of Medicare and equip them with the knowledge to make positive decisions for their health and welfare. “I love my clients and cherish the opportunities I have to educate, equip and empower them in their healthcare decisions.”
Christy offers complimentary consultations and advice on all Medicare related topics and would love to help you navigate the complexities of the Medicare health system. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, fishing and gardening.

Richard Jones
Richard Jones started in the insurance industry in Salem, Oregon in 2000. He has always focused on the mature market, helping his clients with their various insurance needs.
Over the last 16 years, Richard held the position of State Director and Vice President of Medicare Sales in the West for a major Fortune 500 insurance company. While most of his career he was focused primarily on product design, training and managing sales teams, and leadership development, Richard has returned to his roots and has joined his wife Christy in their Medicare health insurance agency to focus, once again, on serving the needs of our clients.
Richard provides his clients, and those looking to evaluate their current Medicare plan, with a complimentary personalized insurance review. Richard offers consultations and advice on all Medicare; life insurance and ancillary services and would love to help answer any questions you may have. As a longtime resident of Idaho, he also enjoys the outdoors, gardening, fishing, snow skiing, and spending as much time as possible with his wife Christy, and their Sheepadoodle Mozart.
Camden Sutton
Camden started his insurance career in 2015 while he was in college. He graduated with degrees in International and General Business, as well as an Elementary Spanish certificate. In the past 2 years he has had to go through two major surgeries, as a result of his love of adrenaline filled sports, so he knows how to navigate our healthcare system with ease. With a background in customer service, Camden brings insight and creative solutions to any health-related challenges you may face.
Camden grew up in Colorado and moved to Idaho in 2008. He indulges in the outdoors no matter the season. In the summer you can find him riding his bike, rock climbing, or reading a book in his hammock. In the winter he will most likely be at the closest ski hill taking laps on
the mountain.
Teresa Condron
Teresa Condron has 20 years of diversified insurance experience including claims examiner, producer, and recruiter. She has also been an educator for 15 years, making her uniquely qualified to assist individuals in finding solutions involving complex issues.
After becoming a Medicare recipient, she decided to dedicate her time to helping the senior community navigate the complicated Medicare process. Teresa understands the needs of seniors and the important decisions that need to be made regarding healthcare insurance.
Through an in-depth and personalized approach, Teresa strives to give seniors the confidence and peace of mind to make educated and appropriate insurance decisions. She offers complimentary in-home visits to review client needs and insurance options available to them.
Teresa was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and has called Boise home for most of her life. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is passionate about exploring the great outdoors. She is a BSU alum and a proud member of Bronco Nation!
Deborah Viehweg
Deborah is excited to help clients with their Medicare and Life Insurance needs. She has been in the insurance industry for over 6 years. Having recently helped her husband navigate the Medicare arena, she knows how confusing this can be. She is committed to helping her
clients make the best choice for themselves and their situation.
Deborah has spent her life working to help others. She originally graduated from the University of Utah Medical Center as a Radiation Therapist and treated cancer patients for over 25 years. Her love of yoga and health lead her to become a certified yoga instructor. She currently
teaches a few times a week, and loves helping people on their road to better mental and physical health.
In her personal life she is the mother to 12 children and 18
grandchildren. She loves any outdoor activity and travels as often as she can. Camping, hiking and backpacking with her husband John are some of her favorite things.
Ingrid Spainhower
Customer Care Specialist
Ingrid retired after 30+ years in the healthcare industry. She spent the last 20 years focused on Customer Service because this is where she was able to impact the lives of others. By helping them resolve issues and understand their benefits, Ingrid was able to support and guide her clients. While helping her husband enroll in Medicare, she was compelled to return to the industry so that she could continue her passion for helping others navigate the Healthcare industry.
With her customer service background and extensive knowledge in Customer Care, she is able to support clients in resolving issues, and help them understand their benefits, all while keeping the client at the center. She has been married for 39 years, with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys kayaking, biking, or just being outdoors. While loving almost anything outdoors, she can also spend the day inside, canning, sewing, or crocheting.
Mozart

Mozart is a very rambunctious 4-year-old Sheepadoodle. Although he has the same name as a famous composer, he in fact cannot play the piano. He was actually named after a ski run in Colorado. He loves to go on vacation but hates to ride in cars. His passion is to chase birds in the yard, eat cheese popcorn and go for long walks. He is happiest when the house is full of people, and he is the center of attention. Although he has never met a person he didn’t like, he loves mom best!
